🔁 Return & Exchange Policy — Primetime

At Primetime, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


📦 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, only if the following conditions are met:

✅ The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
✅ All original packaging, tags, and protection films are intact
✅ You have the order receipt and video of parcel unboxing


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

The product has been used or worn

The product was damaged after delivery due to misuse

The original packaging is missing or tampered with

The request is made after 7 days of delivery


🔄 Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of delivery

Share your order number and reason for exchange

Our team will review and guide you through the process

⚠️ Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or wrong.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

The product you ordered is out of stock

The product was defective/damaged on arrival

We are unable to deliver to your location

Refunds are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa within 5–7 working days.
