2. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our watches come with a brand or store warranty (6–12 months). Warranty details are mentioned on each product page.


3. What are the available payment options?

4. How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver within:

2–4 working days for major cities

3–7 working days for other areas


5. Is delivery free?

We offer free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000. A standard shipping fee applies below that.


6. Can I return or exchange a watch?

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unused and in original condition. Please read our Return Policy for details.
